Careers
We are hiring Health Care Aides.
Guaranteed hours where we can, above-market pay, and clients you keep long enough to know properly.
The reason care is bad in this industry is that caregivers are underpaid, given split shifts across the city, and moved between clients every week. We built the company around fixing that, because the promise we make families — the same person, every time — is impossible if staff keep leaving.
What we offer
- $XX–$XX an hour, [reviewed annually]
- Employment, not contracting. WCB Alberta, insurance, statutory holiday pay
- Clustered scheduling so you are not crossing Edmonton twice a day
- Paid orientation and paid ongoing training, including dementia
- A named care manager who answers the phone
- [Mileage, benefits, paid sick time — confirm and list]

What we ask
- Health Care Aide registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA), or LPN registration with the CLHA, or RN registration with the CRNA
- Police check with vulnerable sector search
- Current CPR and first aid
- A driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle in winter
- The thing we cannot train: noticing. If you would spot that a client has stopped opening her curtains, we want to talk to you.
