The reason care is bad in this industry is that caregivers are underpaid, given split shifts across the city, and moved between clients every week. We built the company around fixing that, because the promise we make to families depends on it.
What is different
- A primary client list you keep. You will know your clients’ names, routines and grandchildren.
- Shifts grouped by area, so you are not driving from Mill Woods to St. Albert between visits.
- Employee status: WCB, insurance, paid training, sick days.
- A care manager you can reach, and who visits.
What we need
Health Care Aides registered with the CLHA, LPNs and RNs, and companionship caregivers with the right temperament. Dementia experience, a driver’s licence and a second language all help. The full list is on the careers page.
How to apply
Email [careers@findingdora.ca] with a short note and your certification. A real person reads it, and you will hear back within a week.
