Search for home care in Edmonton and you will find plenty of agencies and almost no prices. You have to call, and once you have called, someone will call you back. That is the point of not publishing them.
What we do instead
Every hourly rate is on the rates page: weekday, evening and weekend, statutory holiday, and overnight. There is a calculator that applies funded public hours first so you can see the real weekly figure, not the sticker price.
Why it matters
Families making this decision are usually doing it at the worst possible moment, after a fall or a discharge, often at night. Being able to work out what a week costs without giving anyone your phone number takes some of the pressure off. It also means that when you do call us, we can talk about your parent rather than about money.
The fine print
There is no assessment fee, no registration fee, no minimum contract term, and no charge for changing your caregiver. If a rate changes, the page changes first and we tell existing clients in writing a month ahead.
